Ma'an's POV:
After I gave Diana her flowers, told her goodbye and went back to my car.
As I was approaching the car I was thinking of how simple this girl is and how every little thing she does drives me crazy.
Grinning I got inside my car, looking at mum I saw that she had this look on her face but I didn't understand what it was for, so I just started up the car driving back home.
I kept on sneaking glances at mum, she looked deep in her thoughts so I thought I shouldn't bother her.
It took me 15 minutes to get there, waiting for mum to get out of the car and go inside so we can talk.
After about 10 minutes we sat down and started to talk
Me: "mum I'm gonna tell you this"
Mum: "what is it honey?" -worried-
Me: "mum I like this girl, don't know how to describe it to you but I just have this gut feeling about her."
Mum: "son" -confused-
Me: "mum? What's wrong?"
Mum: "it's just son she's not wife material..."
Me: "what made you think that?" -started to feel annoyed but of course I'm not gonna show it-
Mum: "well son first think didn't you see how she wasn't acting like a lady, then did you see how she just disappeared, third I saw how she came out to see you the second time honey that's not how a lady's suppose to act like."
Me: "mum I don't care about that + you don't know her." *whats wrong with mum today?*
Mum: "you should care cause she's the one that will be raising your children, I would die before I see my grandchildren be raised like that." -getting angry-
Me: "mum what are you saying" -confused-
Mum: "honey I want the best for you, I know she's not that." -strictly-
Me: -shaking my head- "mum I'm the one that's gonna marry and live with her"
Mum: "Honey Trust me on this" -smiling-
Me: "mum I want her"
Mum: "honey you'll like the others believe me" -smiling-
Me: "mum are you even hearing me?"
Mum: "I am honey, but what your saying is just crazy."
Me: "how's it crazy mum?" -annoyed-
Mum:"honey just take a day or two to think."
Me: "I'll take tonight then I'll come tomorrow and tell you the same thing I told you now."
Mum: "inshallah honey just want you to be sure"
Me: "I'm sure" -whispering- " okay mum I'm going out for a bit."
Mum: "okay honey goodnight, you've got your keys right?"
Me: "Ya mum I've got them, goodnight."
After kissing her head, went out to the car and drove to Al dewanya (a place we gather in) that me and my friends go to.
As I was getting out of my car I was thinking how I can't seem to forget Diana it's so weird like she's not the only one I have seen, *maybe when I sit with the boys I won't think of her* going inside Al dewanya.
Saying hi's all around, I went to Zyad , Emad and Yaseen -the closest people to me apart from Zyad I haven't been close to him since Highschool- sitting down beside Emad I saw they were playing cards.
But I was in the mood to play so I just sat there thinking *is mum right?* looking at Emad he had this grin on his face looking back at him with a -questioned look-.
Emad: "So Ma'an where have you? I know you didn't dress up for us" -winking-
Me: "well man I kinda had this meeting" -scratching the back of my neck-
Yaseen: "oh is that so? Meeting with who the G ?" -smirking-
Me: "really Yaseen? I went to see this girl for a 'rightful look'"
Yaseen: "WAW man I was just busting your balls, but that's amazing man so how did it go?"
Emad: "Ya man is she the one?" -winking-
Me: "I don't know guys"
Yaseen: "hhhhh your whipped" -laughing-
Me: "I'm not" -groaning-
Yaseen: "okay so tell us about her" -smiling-
Me: " i don't know guys" -Groaning-
Emad: "man up and tell us"
Me: "don't even know where to begin...like guys I don't know if I can tell you"
Yaseen: "man what's up with you? It's not like we don't talk about girls"
Me: "Yaseen she's different just forget I ever said anything to you"
Zyad: "even I can see that your whipped" -chuckling-
Me: -rolling my eyes- "well boys I'll just tell you this she's different" -smiling- *remembering how she blushed at everything I said*
Yaseen: "we lost him"
Eman: "man I thought Zyad would be the first on" -looking at us-
Zyad: "hay! what's that suppose to mean?"
Yaseen: "that means your such a perfect little doll" -chucking- even I had a smile on my face
Zyad: "being a nice person gets you picked on now" -mumbling-
Me: -laughing that's just killed me- "guys I've gotta go, it's getting late and I've got to go to work tomorrow...I mean in about 5 hours, so I'll see you guys later"
Yaseen, Zyad, Emad: "Ya man see Ya"
Me: "don't have too much fun guys you know you've got uni too"
Emad: "okay mother" -rolling his eyes-
Went out to my car and drove to the house, can't believe I've got work tomorrow when everybody's having fun.
Getting out of the car and walking into the house to my parents room looking if my mum was awake, I saw her praying so I left her and went to my room *i should get some hours in*.
Setting the alarm on I stared to fall asleep, praying to god that tomorrow will be a better day for me and my love ones.
A beep sound came under my pillow -sighting- I looked at my phone.
"Before you close those before brown eyes, I want you to know we might be miles apart it still breaks my heart into parts but one day I know you'll be the one that will mend my heart
Your love ❤️"
